On Wednesday (21/10), Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga wrapped up his visit to Indonesia. Upon arrival (20/10) at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Tangerang, Banten Province, the VVIP Flight was handled by JAS Airport Services.
JAS Airport Services were so glad to have been given the opportunity to contribute to the success of this very important trip, and to contribute to the closer relationship between Japan and Indonesia. Under such motivation, JAS successfully managed to handle the VIP Flight without single error.
CAPT (N) Mizuno Hidenori, Defense Attaché of Japan expressed his gratitude for the great support provided by JAS during the Flight Operation of Japanese Prime Minister, “I pay tribute to your professionalism and high skills for JAS Airport Services. We could conduct flight operation, CIQ and Luggage Checking smoothly due to your strong cooperation and dedicated support despite covid-19 outbreak. As a result, Japanese prime minister’s first foreign visits had finished successfully.”
Another appreciation came from Katsumi Kikkawa, Head of Mission CGK, All Nippon Airways (ANA), he said, “JAS team has been fully supportive and I haven’t had concerns of working together with you simply because we trust you 100%.”
The Prime Minister and his wife Mariko Suga were welcomed by Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung. In Indonesia, PM Suga paid an official visit and met with President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo at the Bogor Presidential Palace, West Java Province.
In a joint press statement with President Jokowi, Monday (20/10), the Prime Minister said that this visit to Indonesia was his first overseas trip since taking office last September. “I am very pleased to be able to visit Indonesia, a big country in ASEAN, on my first overseas trip after being sworn in as Prime Minister,” he said.
Welcome Prime Minister Suga! Your timing of the visit is perfect, and Indonesia looks forward to increasing our bilateral relations.
