PEMANGGILAN RAPAT UMUM PEMEGANG SAHAM LUAR BIASA PT. JASA ANGKASA SEMESTA Tbk.

Direksi PT. Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk. (“Perseroan”) dengan ini mengundang Para Pemegang Saham Perseroan untuk menghadiri Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (“RUPS LB”).

RUPS LB :

1. Persetujuan atas Perubahan Susunan Dewan Komisaris Perseroan;
2. Persetujuan atas penyesuaian dan perubahan Pasal 3 Anggaran Dasar Perseroan mengenai Maksud dan Tujuan serta Kegiatan Usaha Perseroan.

The Directors of PT. Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk. (“The Company”) hereby invites the Company’s Shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGMS”).

EGMS :

1. The Approval of Changes in the Composition of the Company’s Board of Commissioners;
2. The Approval of adjustments and amendments to Article 3 of the Company’s Articles of Association regarding the Purpose and Objectives and Business Activities of the Company.
