Soekarno-Hatta Customs thwarted 1.5 million lobster seeds to be exported to Vietnam on Tuesday, September 15, 2020. Exports of lobster seeds were registered by 14 exporting companies destined for Ho Chi Minh City.
Soekarno-Hatta Customs Head, Finari Manan explained that the commodity had almost been transported to Vietnam. The lobster seeds packed in three hundreds of boxes have been beside the fuselage for loading or loading.
Deputy Chairman of Commission XI DPR, Eriko Sotarduga said that his party supports Customs efforts to supervise import and export traffic to prevent abuse of authority. “The pandemic did not make Customs off guard, but still tightened the belt to suppress violations and deviant activities that could affect the life of the nation and lead to leakage of state revenues,” he said.
